Chef Martin will be in the kitchen bringing you an extraordinary menu to satisfy even the most discerning carnivore. Lost Kitchen Supper Club presents The Butcher’s Table featuring grass-fed beef, wild caught quail and venison.

Menu: Sage Roasted Quail with Dock Grown Arugula, Pork Belly Croutons, Pinenuts, Figs and a Port Wine Vinaigrette Venison kabob Pilar spiced rum and molasses glaze, sweet potato puree Native Smoke Ribeye Steak with Grilled Spanish Onion, Horseradish cream and Natural Jus Chocolate melting cake Optional Wine Pairing available.

Tickets for this dinner are $98.00. Optional wine pairing is additional $25.00. Tax and gratuity are not included in the price of dinner. Please be sure to appropriately take care of your service the night of the event. Full bar available.

The Lost Kitchen team will be bringing to the the table an assortment of Traditional Key West Conch Cuisine.

– Cuban Style Crudo with Cuban Crackers
